Salmon spinach cake

A delicious and healthy meal that combines rich flavors, perfect for any time of the day

Ingredients

200g  Seama Cooked Norwegian Salmon 


1 cup fresh spinach, chopped


2 eggs


½ cup all-purpose flour


½ tsp baking powder


¼ cup grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese


½ cup milk


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)


½ tsp salt


½ tsp black pepper


½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.
     
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil.
     
  3. Add the flour and baking powder, stirring until smooth.
     
  4. Mix in the flaked Seama Cooked Norwegian Salmon, spinach, cheese, mustard (if using), salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
     
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
     
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
     
  7. Let the loaf cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
     
  8. Serve with a side of yogurt dip or a fresh salad.
