Shrimp Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

20g Almarai Ghee


200g Almarai Yogurt
 

1kg Shrimps
 

15ml Vegetable Oil

20g Garam Masala

1L Water

5g Salt

2 Pieces of Bay leaf

500g Rice

5g Coriander leaves

10g Blend of Garlic

10g Ginger Chili Powder

1g Cinnamon Stick

5g Cardamom Seeds

5g Chopped Green Chili

20g Chopped Coriander leaves

50g Fried Onion rings

5g Biryani Masala Powder

1g Saffron

Instructions
  1.  Wash the shrimp with water to melt it a little, then sprinkle half the amount of "masala" spices on it, and leave it aside for a few minutes, so that the spices penetrate the shrimp.
     
  2.  Then the oil is heated in a saucepan; add the fried onion rings, garlic, ginger powder, and hot pepper to it, and stir the ingredients until they wilt and turn golden.
     
  3.  Then add the shrimp to the previous mixture and cook it for two to three minutes.
     
  4.  Then add coriander, tomatoes, and the remaining amount of "masala" spices, adding turmeric, chili, black pepper, salt, Almarai yogurt, cardamom seeds, ground green pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon stick to the shrimp, and stir the ingredients together well and carefully for a minute, taking care, not to Shrimps shredded and mashed during the moving process.
     
  5.  And finally, the rice is added to the previous ingredients and stirred quietly for about two minutes; add water, let it boil until it starts to dry out little by little, and cover the pot tightly.
     
  6.  Leave the ingredients to simmer over medium heat until the rice is thoroughly cooked. Finally, sprinkle more coriander over the shrimp, and serve it in appropriate dishes! Bon Appetit!
