Smoked Salmon and Avocado Carpaccio

Delicate slices of Norwegian smoked salmon from Seama, marinated in lime and olive oil is a perfect starter for lunch or dinner time.

Ingredients

200g Seama smoked salmon

2 lime

1 tbsp olive oil

2 avocados

Dill

Black pepper

Instructions
  1. Take Seama Norwegian smoked sliced salmon and lay the slices out flat in a deep plate.
    Mix olive oil, lime juice from 1 lime and fresh ground black pepper.
     
  2. Pour the citrus and olive oil mixture over the sliced salmon, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for approximately 1 hour.
     
  3. In the meantime, slice the avocadoes in thin slices, place on a plate and cover with lime juice from 1 lime.
     
  4. Plate the dish by evenly placing the marinated smoked slamon and the sliced avocadoes on a serving dish.
     
  5. Garnish with dill.
