Smoked Salmon and Dill Quiche

Ingredients

1 pre-made pie dough


Seama Smoked Norwegian Salmon, chopped


1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese


3 large eggs


1 cup heavy cream


2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped


Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
     
  2. Place the dough into a 9-inch pie dish and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
     
  3. Sprinkle the chopped Seama Smoked Norwegian Salmon and shredded Gruyère cheese evenly over the dough.
     
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, dill, salt, and pepper.
     
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the salmon and cheese.
     
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden.
     
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
