Smoked Salmon Roulade with Pistachio is a unique kind of recipe, cream cheese and lemon zest with a rich flavor of pistachio for a special lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

200g Almarai Cream Cheese


 

300g Smoked Salmon Slice


 

50g Goat Cheese


 

30g Chopped Drained Capers


 

50g Chopped Pickles


 

20g Minced Parsley


 

5g Lemon Zest


 

100g Crushed Pistachio


 

150g Mix Salad
 

 

35g Balsamic Dressing

Instructions
  1.  First, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, pickles, parsley, capers, lemon peel, and mixed salad in a bowl.
     
  2.  Then we fill the food nylon with pistachios, put salmon on top of it, add the previous mixture, form a circular shape, and leave it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, and then the smoked salmon is cut into circular rolls. Bon Appetit!
