Smoked Salmon with Scrambled Eggs

A smoked salmon from Seama with scrambled egg sandwich is a great choice for a delicious and satisfying snack throughout the day.

Ingredients

4 slices (100g) of Seama smoked salmon

2 eggs

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp chives, fresh

1 tbsp butter

2 baguette pieces

Lettuce

Dill

Instructions
  1. Whisk egg, salt and chopped chives together.
     
  2. Melt butter in a pan and heat without letting brown.
     
  3. Gently add the egg mix and heat it.
     
  4. Stir as it starts to set, then remove the eggs when they’re firm and have a shiny surface.
     
  5. Cut the baguettes in half and stuff with Seama smoked salmon, scrambled eggs.
     
  6. Serve with a little dill sprinkled on top.
