Spinach and Feta Sambousa Recipe

Enjoy the delightful combination of tasty spinach and distinctive feta cheese in a satisfying and healthy samosa.

Ingredients

100 grams Almarai feta cheese, crumbled

 

2 tablespoons Almarai butter

 

Ready-made samosa dough

 

200 grams chopped spinach

 

1 medium onion, chopped

 

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Cooking oil

Instructions
  1.  In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
     
  2.  Add the spinach and continue cooking until it is golden. Add the feta cheese and stir until melted.
     
  3.  Shape the samosa dough and fill each piece with the spinach and cheese mixture.
     
  4.  Fold the dough to form the samosa and fry until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
