Strawberry and Cream Eclairs

This recipe combines the rich taste of chocolate, fresh whipped cream and refreshing strawberries.

Ingredients

For the Filling:


1 cup Almarai Whipping Cream (chilled)


2 tbsp powdered sugar


½ tsp vanilla extract


½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped


For the Glaze:


½ cup dark chocolate


1 tbsp Almarai Whipping Cream

Instructions
  1. Whip the Almarai Whipping Cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
     
  2. Gently fold in the finely chopped strawberries.
     
  3. Transfer the whipped cream filling to a piping bag with a star tip. Slice the éclairs in half and pipe the filling inside.
     
  4. Melt the dark chocolate and mix with the Almarai Whipping Cream to create a smooth, glossy glaze.
     
  5. Drizzle or dip the éclairs in the chocolate glaze.
     
  6. Optionally, garnish with sliced strawberries or a drizzle of white chocolate.
