Stuffed Bread Balls

Ingredients

1cup Almarai milk

 

100g Almarai Mozzarella cheese

 

150g Cooked shredded ALYOUM chicken

 

1cup Breadcrumbs

 

2 Egg

 

Vegetable oil

 

½ cupSmall diced colored pepper

 

½ spoon Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1.  Start by mixing all the stuffing ingredients together.
     
  2.  Cut the toast with a round cutting utensil.
     
  3.  Soak the bread inside with milk.
     
  4.  Remove excess by exerting pressure.
     
  5.  Fill the round-soaked dough with the stuffing ingredients and form a ball.
     
  6.  Then dip in egg mixture and breadcrumbs.
     
  7.  Fry them in batches on medium heat until golden crispy.
