Ingredients
1cup Almarai milk
100g Almarai Mozzarella cheese
150g Cooked shredded ALYOUM chicken
1cup Breadcrumbs
2 Egg
Vegetable oil
½ cupSmall diced colored pepper
½ spoon Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Start by mixing all the stuffing ingredients together.
- Cut the toast with a round cutting utensil.
- Soak the bread inside with milk.
- Remove excess by exerting pressure.
- Fill the round-soaked dough with the stuffing ingredients and form a ball.
- Then dip in egg mixture and breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in batches on medium heat until golden crispy.
