Thai Chicken Satay Recipe

The most delicious Thailand dishes the Thi chicken satay served for lunch or a heavy dinner.

Ingredients

1kg ALYOUM Chicken Breast Tenders


 

40ml Almarai Olive Oil


 

45g Honey


 

115ml Soy Sauce


 

65ml Rice Vinegar


 

15g Grated Fresh Ginger


 

40g Spring Onion


 

30ml Sesame Oil


 

20g Toasted Sesame Seed
 

 

30ml Lime Juice
 

 

6g Minced Coriander
 

 

4 Cracked Garlic Cloves
 

 

6g Coriander leaves

Instructions
  1.  First, we put soy sauce, rice vinegar with Almarai honey, ginger, green onions, sesame oil, roasted sesame seeds, lemon juice, Almarai olive oil, chopped coriander, garlic, and coriander.
     
  2.  Then we add to the previous mixture, chicken breasts ALYOUM, cover the mixture, and put it in the refrigerator until it is marinated.
     
  3.  Then we put the marinated chicken of the day on the skewers, dip it in the mixture, and grill it on both sides for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
