Tortilla Shawarma

Shawarma with tortilla is a delicious meal that combines the distinctive flavor of shawarma with the softness of tortilla bread, offering a quick and enjoyable dining experience.

Ingredients

500 gr. Alyoum Fresh Chicken Breast Fillet, thinly sliced


1 cup yoghurt


3 minced garlic cloves


2 tablespoon lemon juice


3 tablespoon white vinegar


2 tablespoon olive oil


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1/4 teaspoon cinnamon


1 tablespoon chicken shawarma spice mix


garlic paste, fries and pickles for serving

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, place Alyoum chicken slices and coat them with the spices, oil, vinegar, yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients well.
     
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
     
  3. After two hours, place the shawarma mixture in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
     
  4. For serving, place the cooked shawarma on toasted tortilla bread, spread with garlic paste, and add fried potatoes and pickles. Serve immediately.
