Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad

This salad is perfect for hot summer days, combining the refreshing sweetness of watermelon with the salty flavor of feta cheese

Ingredients

1/2 cup Almarai feta cheese, crumbled

 

 1 tablespoon Almarai olive oil 

 

2 cups watermelon, cubed 

 

1/4 cup chopped mint

Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the watermelon into small cubes or thin slices, according to your preference. Combine the watermelon cubes with the crumbled feta cheese in a large bowl.
     
  2. Add the finely chopped fresh mint leaves for a refreshing and distinctive flavor. Then, drizzle the Almarai olive oil over the mixture.
     
  3. Using a large spoon, gently stir the ingredients to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed without breaking up the watermelon or cheese.
     
  4. Add some grated lemon zest for extra flavor.
     
  5. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. Serve it cold as a delicious side dish or a refreshing snack and enjoy the anticipation of its delightful taste.
