A breakfast burrito is a delicious and nutritious meal that combines eggs, vegetables, and cheese in a warm wrap, perfect for starting the day with a unique and flavorful twist.

Ingredients

2 tablespoon olive oil


1 small diced red bell pepper


1 small chopped onion


1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


1/4 teaspoon tsp chili powder


8 slices turkey


2 teaspoon butter


10 large eggs, whisked


8 l'Usine Tortilla Wrap WholeWheat


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large/deep skillet. Once hot, add bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, and chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cooked veggies from skillet, drain any excess liquid and set aside to cool.
     
  2. In the same pan, add the butter and cook the scrambled eggs. Set the mixture aside to cool. Let everything cool completely to reduce moisture.
     
  3. To assemble, on each tortilla, place on piece turkey, some eggs, 2 tbsp veggie mix and sprinkle with cheese mix.
     
  4. Wrap your burritos by folding the sides over, wrapping from the bottom and tucking in the sides.
     
  5. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 3-6 months for best quality.
