Yogurt And Mango Chia Pudding

A delicious and healthy dessert that combines the refreshing taste of mango with the smoothness of yogurt and cream.

Ingredients

½ cup Almarai Plain Greek Style Yogurt


½ cup Almarai Fresh Full Fat Gishta


1 cup mango puree (fresh or frozen)


3 tbsp chia seeds


1 tbsp honey or maple syrup


½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine Almarai Greek Yogurt, Almarai Fresh Full Fat Gishta, mango puree, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
     
  2. Stir in the chia seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
     
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to swell and the pudding to thicken.
     
  4. Before serving, top with extra mango pieces or a sprinkle of coconut flakes for added flavor and texture.
