Under the theme “Nationalization as a Strategic Objective,” Almarai organized the third edition of its Annual Nationalization Ceremony for 2025 in Riyadh. The event highlighted the company’s achievements across its nationalization programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening local content, empowering Saudi talent, and developing future leaders, in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Human Capability Development Program.
On this occasion, Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Bader, CEO of Almarai, said:
“Almarai’s Annual Nationalization Ceremony reflects our firm belief that empowering young national talents and leaders is one of the most important pillars of success, continuity, and sustainability for any organization. Today, Almarai celebrates its achievements and programs that focus on building and enabling a strong base of national leaders capable of driving the sector and the industry as a whole toward greater competitiveness and sustainability.”
The ceremony witnessed the signing of a number of strategic agreements with several entities, including King Saud University, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, University of Tabuk, the Technical College, the Food Industries Polytechnic, Saaee for the Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabilities, the Ministry of Defense, and the Saudi Exporters Association.
These agreements aim to strengthen professional and academic integration, support national talent through training and direct employment programs, and qualify graduates and job seekers in quality and food industries specializations. They also focus on empowering persons with disabilities and supporting retirees and Ministry of Defense personnel in their transition to civilian career paths.
It is worth noting that this ceremony comes as an extension of Almarai’s ongoing efforts to support nationalization and coincides with the company’s receipt of several prestigious national awards, including the “Labor Award” for Nationalization in the Large Enterprises Category from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for 2024. This further underscores Almarai’s commitment to creating high-quality, sustainable job opportunities for Saudi men and women across the Kingdom.
